WWE Payback 2014 Results

I seem to have forgotten someone in all my rushing around with the situation that the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan is in as it seems Shamus was due to defend the United States Championship against Cesaro where he successfully retained his championship

It also seems that that the WWE powers at be added not only Ryback & Curtis Axel against Cody Rhodes & Goldust but also pitting Kofi Kingston against Bo Dallas…

Bad news seem to follow the Rhodes family to this pay per view as Cody would warn his brother if they failed to win their match, their tag team partnership was over and both it seems must go their separate ways as Ryback & Curtis Axel picked up the win and thanks to Kane attacking Kofi Kingston his match with Bo Dallas didn’t even get to the ring

But As these three matches were either added at the PPV or in the case of the U.S Championship match I just failed to spot it being added I cannot claim any points for or against in my prediction tally…

But I can happily say I start off with a couple of wins as not only did Rusev defeated Big E Langston but El Torito defeated Hornswoggle giving me an early two points in the plus column for my predictions

Of course I knew my luck would run out sooner or later as my first predicted loss comes to show its ugly mug as Bad News Wade Barrett retains the Intercontinental Championship beating Rob Van Dam…

The situation of the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan came to ahead at the Pay Per View with the ultimatum of surrender the championship or watch his wife, Brie Bella get fired…

But not only did the champ refuse flat out to hand over the gold Brie Bella stood by her husband and quit the WWE…

I am going to have to add one for the loss column as I predicted a new champion would be crowned one way or another and I am really happy to be proven wrong

And once again John Cena puts a score in the win section as he beats Bray Wyatt in a last man standing match…

And yet another win as Paige retains her championship defeating Alicia Fox…

And in the greatest main event rematch and for the biggest prediction point in the win column the Shield defeats Evolution…OH HELL YEAH
Win: 5

Loss: 2

Draw/Unforeseen: 3

It must be said that had the added matches been announced and if I had caught U.S Championship match it would have been a closer score in the results

But I didn’t and with my score of 5 to 2 it is a huge prediction win for me and I cannot wait till June twenty-ninth for WWE Money In The Bank pay per view…

Enjoy!!

Been a fan of the WWE since 2000, watched a few from the early years online, wasn’t a fan of where the “Powers that be” were taking the company but it has gotten better with the brand split, I thought that it was a format that worked
