No Mercy Prediction Results

Results I Lost:

1 – SmackDown Tag Team Champions Heath Slater & Rhyno def. The Usos

Heath Slater & Rhyno defeated The Usos to retain their titles, I thought that the heel turn the Usos was on that they would have cheated somewhat to win the match but no this pey per view

2 – Baron Corbin def. Jack Swagger

Baron Corbin’s ruthlessness won out over Jack Swagger’s wrestling acumen as The Lone Wolf claimed victory

3 – Bray Wyatt def. Randy Orton

The shocking return of Luke Harper spelled doom for Randy Orton, as he fell to Bray Wyatt

Results I Won:

1 – WWE World Champion AJ Styles def. John Cena & Dean Ambrose

In a controversial Triple Threat Match, AJ Styles actually tapped out to a duel submission hold by John Cena and Dean Ambrose but with no clear winner the referee couldn’t call the match to an end, ordered the match to continue in which A.J Styles pinned Cena to retain the WWE World Championship with the help of a steel chair shot.

but it was such a disappointing ending, despite getting my first point on my tally with a win, did they really need to cheapen the match with such a victory, of course both challengers got a win over the champion so they might go for a Cena/Ambrose for the no.1 contender spot or they could hash out another triple threat match.

But it’s a plus for my prediction tally

2 – Nikki Bella def. Carmella

The Fearless Nikki Bella triumphed in the face of her cruel tormenter, Carmella, overcoming The Princess of Staten Island with the Rack Attack 2.0. leaving me 2 – 0 in my tally

3 – Dolph Ziggler def. Intercontinental Champion The Miz (Title vs. Career Match)

Dolph Ziggler kept his WWE career alive, defeating The Miz at No Mercy to capture the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

Lazy Add Matches:

1 – The Hype Bros & American Alpha def. The Ascension & The Vaudevillains

The Hype Bros & American Alpha’s combination of energy and athleticism proved to be too much for The Ascension & The Vaudevillians in an action-packed 8-Man Tag Team Match, that showed off the laziness of the WWE, not even announcing this one on their website so this is just one result I can’t claim on my prediction tally

Matches Changed:

1 – Naomi def. Alexa Bliss

Alexa Bliss not only didn’t get her SmackDown Women’s Championship Match, but had to face Naomi who left the No. 1 contender feeling the glow.

Results: 3 Wins, 3 Loses, 1 Added, 1 Changed

A draw for the Smackdown’s pay per view of No Mercy, we now look to Raw’s Hell in a Cell pay per view

Been a fan of the WWE since 2000, watched a few from the early years online, wasn’t a fan of where the “Powers that be” were taking the company but it has gotten better with the brand split, I thought that it was a format that worked
