WWE Hell In A Cell 2013 History and Results…So Who Called It Right

Before last night’s brawls there have been 26 former Hell in a Cell matches that have defined careers and in some cases ended them and with this years Hell in a Cell all wrapped up with a bow and before I get to finding out who called it right with their perdictions i have come across some intresting numbers dealing with history of October’s own Pay Per View…

29…the number of unique superstars that have entered the unforgiving steel, while last night Paul Heyman and Daniel Bryan became the 30th & 31st

12…the undertaker reigns in appearing in the most Hell in a Cell matches

6…whilst the Undertaker takes the most appearences he most share the top spot for the most victories…tieing with Triple H

3…the number of Hell in a Cell Matches Held…in One Night, in 2009 the fans got a once in a lifetime sight as the Undertaker defeated C.M.Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship, Randy Ortan defeated John Cena for the WWE Cahmpionship and the team of Triple H & Shawn Michaels defeated Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase.

47-26…Shawn Michaels and Triple H take top honours for the longest Hell in a Cell match in a fight that saw tables, ladders and chairs come into play, in the end Triple H would pin his long time friend

1…before last night, of the 26 Hell in a Cell matches only 1 has never been aired on television its was after the September 26th 2011 edition of Raw that saw WWE Champion John Cena step in the cell to defend his gold against C.M.Punk, Alberto Del Rio, Dalph Ziggler and Jack Swagger, in the end it would be Cena pinning the real Amercian to retain.

12…it would be a long twelve years for the first championship to change hands in the steel cell, surprisingly champions have been the victor in such fights but in 2009 the Undertaker would beat C.M.Punk to capture the World Heavyweight Championship, ironically the fans would see the first title change hands at the start of the night only for the same result at the nights end as Randy Ortan would follow the Undertaker’s example and beat John Cena for the WWE CHampionship.

so what about last night who called it right…

in the Pay Per View KickOff Match Damion Sandow defeated Kofi Kingston….: so much for a perdiction did not see it coming.

C.M.Punk defeats Ryback & Paul Heyman…: a score for me i knew C.M.Punk would get his hands on heyman .

John Cena Defeats Alberto Del Rio for the World Heavyweight Championship…: a big score for me this one was never a doubt in my mind for a perdiction…THE CHAMP IS HERE!!!!!!!!

AJ Lee defeats Brie Bella to retain the Diva’s Championship…: again a score for me, i knew she would find a way by hook or crook AJ won it AGAIN DAMN IT!!

the Los Matadores defeats the Real Americans…: forgot this was Los Matadores first P.P.V and hardly anyone loses the first time…afraid I got this wrong.

Randy Ortan defeated Daniel Bryan for the vacent WWE Championship (Shawn Michaels as Special Referee)…: well when it came too this match I would say I told you so…but…I told you so score one for me I thinks…..SHAWN MICHAELS IN THE POCKET OF THE C.O.O WHO WHOULD HAVE EVER  GUESSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perdiction results:

Been a fan of the WWE since 2000, watched a few from the early years online, wasn’t a fan of where the “Powers that be” were taking the company but it has gotten better with the brand split, I thought that it was a format that worked
