WWE Extreme Rules Prediction Results

So WWE Extreme Rules has come to a close and frankly WWE continues to pull some bullshit moves over the fans as yet again we had added matches, I am thinking about just simply cutting these matches out of my prediction results but for now they stay so the following are the bonus matches leaving me no score.

Kalisto defeated Apollo Crews

Rich Swann & Sasha Banks defeated Noam Dar & Alicia Fox

Now moving on to the matches that did give me a result, first we have The Miz defeating Dean Ambrose for the Intercontinental Championship, sadly I start on a loss, I thought that with a pointless stipulation added to this bout, that the champion would retain but alas the Miz won.

We even things here to 1 – 1 as Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss defeated Bayley, despite routing for Bayley to win this match it just wasn’t meant to be.

Now here’s a match that defines a bad decision at a pay per view, the hardy boys, the Raw Tag Team Champions, team extreme, at Extreme Rules, in a cage match, you would think them winning here was a nigh on safe bet but you’d be wrong as Cesaro & Shamus deafeated the Hardy Boys.

This leaves me trailing 2 – 1 on the losing side thanks to a match that should have been a sure thing of a prediction, I wonder how many others picked team extreme and was equally disappointed that they lost.

I don’t know what’s going on with the Cruiserweight division but something needs to be done about it as once again the champion Neville defeated Austin Aries in a submission match, now despite me losing this prediction leaving 3 – 1, this match would have been better if more were fighting for the gold.

I would have had six cruiserweights in a gauntlet, submission match, two men start and once one had tapped out another would enter, it would have been better than we got…

Our main event saw Samoa Joe win the Extreme Rules Fatal 5-Way match to become the number one contender for the Universal Championship since we have championship defence oh so yet again.

So despite wild speculation on when that match is going to happen, I did end this prediction run on a win leaving me 3 – 2, sadly that does mean I have lost this prediction for WWE Extreme Rules.

We now await SmackDown’s next pay per view of Money in the Bank…I will see you all there

Been a fan of the WWE since 2000, watched a few from the early years online, wasn’t a fan of where the “Powers that be” were taking the company but it has gotten better with the brand split, I thought that it was a format that worked
