WWE Clash of Champions 2016 Results…

Nia Jax def. Alicia Fox (Kickoff Match)

The pay per views kick off match kicks us off in the right direction, 1 – 0 as predicted Jax, the more physically dominated superstar would easily picked off the smaller Fox.

Raw Tag Team Champions The New Day def. Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson

Something must be going right as I stretch my lead 2 – 0, you know I don’t know if the WWE are waiting for injured superstars to come back but don’t you think the New Day has held the titles long enough, time for some new blood me thinks but it’s still a point for me.

WWE Cruiserweight Champion TJ Perkins def. Brian Kendrick

What’s going on? Never before have I had such a string of luck, the lead in my prediction extends 3 – 0, its usually here that I would have a tally on both sides but let’s just hope this is the trend to continue the night.

Chris Jericho def. Sami Zayn

4- 0, ok, I’m getting worried now, I never get this kind of straight score, has the WWE become that predictable but I am kind of disappointed that Zayn didn’t win this despite it meaning I would lost my prediction point.

Cesaro vs. Sheamus ended in a No Contest (Match No. 7 in Best of Seven Series)

In a rather pointless best of seven series for a title shot, this match ends in a disappointing no contest, I can’t believe they can’t just give us a straight winner but I of course can’t claim a point for or against in my prediction tally, so I am still on for a full house victory.

Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte def. Sasha Banks and Bayley

You see, I jinx myself the moment I the thought of a full house victory, my empty loss tally lifts its ugly head and I have an official minus in this pay per view leaving me 4 – 1

Roman Reigns Def. United States Champion Rusev

And of course once I start my losing tally we get back on track with another win leaving me 5 – 2 of course I am a huge Roman Reigns fan so my money was always going to be on him.

WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens def. Seth Rollins

Well despite my tally boosting to 6 – 2, Owens has to give a big assist to Chris Jericho who’s interference allowed the champion to retain his championship

So for Raw’s first pay per view since the breakup of the brands I can claim a prediction victory with a score of 6 – 2 we now move on to Smackdown’s next pay per view of No Mercy just under two weeks away.

Been a fan of the WWE since 2000, watched a few from the early years online, wasn’t a fan of where the “Powers that be” were taking the company but it has gotten better with the brand split, I thought that it was a format that worked
